What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum export order is 20 metric tonnes, but for many bulk items such as iron ore, clinker or sulphur the economical unit is a full container load or a vessel parcel. We confirm the exact volume in the proforma invoice.
What are your payment terms?
We accept sight or usance letters of credit, telegraphic transfer and documents against payment. For a first-time buyer the usual structure is a partial advance with the balance against shipping documents. No payment is processed on this website, and no funds are accepted without a signed contract and an official proforma invoice.
What documents accompany a shipment?
Commercial invoice, bill of lading, packing list, chamber-of-commerce certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, safety data sheet, and an insurance policy under CIF terms. Any additional document the destination country requires — an inspection or health certificate, for instance — is arranged before loading.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. For items where sampling is practical we send a laboratory sample together with its analysis. The sample itself is normally free of charge and the courier cost is borne by the buyer; on the first order that amount is deducted from the invoice.
What is the lead time?
For items in stock, loading normally takes place 7 to 15 days after the credit is opened or payment confirmed. For items that must be produced or mined the window is 20 to 45 days. The committed date is stated in the proforma invoice.
How is third-party inspection arranged?
The buyer may nominate SGS, Bureau Veritas or any inspector they approve. Inspection covers quantity, quality and packing before loading, and the report goes directly to the buyer. The inspection fee is normally borne by whichever party requests it.
Which ports do you load from?
Bandar Abbas (Shahid Rajaee), Imam Khomeini Port, Chabahar and Bushehr for sea freight, and the Bazargan and Astara crossings for overland shipment to Türkiye and the CIS. The choice of port depends on the commodity and the destination.
How are prices quoted and how long are they valid?
Prices are quoted in US dollars on Incoterms 2020 basis — EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF as agreed. Because commodity markets move, each proforma invoice is valid for 3 to 7 working days, after which a refreshed quotation is required.
